Fettucine A La Indonesian Cook

celery made this so tasty

In Indonesia there is a dish called "Mie goreng" and in Malaysia it is called "Mee goreng". Both are almost from the same ingredients. Mie / Mee goreng literally means fried noodles (imagine Nasi Goreng or Fried Rice). Here I am going to cook Mie / Mee goreng but I am replacing Mie/Mee/Noodle with Fettucine ... so it is like a different cultures marriage ... he he he

Ingredients
200 Grams Fettucine, cook according to the package instruction, set aside
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 Teaspoon white powder pepper
1 Tablespoon Finely chopped celery
1 Tablespoon butter / margarine / cooking oil to saute.
1 Sausage, cut into whatever size you want
1/2 Teaspoon sugar (just to taste)
10 Meatballs, cut into whatever size you want
1 Onion, finely sliced.
1 Tablespoon water

Directions
1. Melt butter in a big wok, saute garlic and white pepper until aromatic.
2. Add water, salt and sugar, stir-fry.
3. Add sausage and meatball, stir fry.
4. Add fettucine, stir-fry untill ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
5. Add onion and celery, stir fry until all mixed well.

served hot ..
Note : Servings for two.

Add shrimp and green peas if you like.

Happy Cooking !
