Green Chineese Mustard With Paprika

Hmm love the taste of paprika





This food made my day because of the colour of paprika besides you know paprika is rich in vitamin C, one of an antioxidant.


Ingredients
100 Grams green chineese mustard, rinsed and thickly sliced
1 Paprika / bell pepper, thickly sliced
1 Tofu, cubed and fried
1 Garlic, finely chopped
3 Shallots, finely chopped (if you like the taste)
Salt, due to your taste
Sugar, just to taste
Olive oil

Directions
1. Heat up a small amount of olive oil into a wok
2. Add garlic and shallots, stir-fry untill aromatic
3. Add green chineese mustard, stir-fry 
4. Add fried tofu, salt and sugar, stir-fry
5. Add parika, stir-fry


That's it ^^
