Crispy Chicken

Crispy .. this is how my kids love it

Children love crispy chicken. When taking them out is too tiring... then you better cook ! Oh no, it is a big job, isn't it ? Nooooooooooo .. it is as simple as you are signing in facebook .. he he he . Just try, kids will be happy when this crispy 'things' made by you... ^_^

Ingredients

Chicken, rinsed, cut into pieces, and set aside.
Flavoured Flour
1 Egg, lightly beaten

Direction

1. Dip each chicken in the flavoured flour, egg then back to the flavoured flour.

2. Drop chicken into hot oil and deep fry for about 15 minutes or untill deep golden color.
