This is another dish of Indonesian food besides Nasi Goreng (Nasi means rice, kuning means yellow). Generally we have this for breakfast. Easy to prepare ^^
Ingredients
1 cup long grain rice, rinsed,
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 Daun salam (peace leaf, indian bay leaf), rinsed
1 Lemon grass (oil grass), rinsed and thickly cut
50 ml coconut milk
1 cm turmeric, smashed
Directions
1. Cook rice together with salt, daun salam, lemon grass, coconut milk and turmeric until just tender (follow the rice packaging instruction), stir in between so the ingredients mixed well.
2. Serve with omelette and shrimp cracker on top.
