Kids love when crispy Ingredients 100 Grams tuna fillet Cooking oil for deep frying 1 Egg, lightly beaten Direction 1. Dip each fillet in the flavoured flour, egg then back to the flavoured flour. 2. Drop fillet into hot oil and deep fry for about 10 minutes or untill deep golden color. My daughter always says "hmmmm yummy" This is my kids' favourite dish that makes me keep some flavoured flour in stock. This will work not only for fish but any other tempura like shrimp, mushroom and even chicken. |
