| hmm love the mixed taste of fruits 
 
 
 
 
I love avocados very much and this become one of my good diet favourite. Why ?
 1. Besides it contains fiber, Vitamin C and Vitamin E,  I love the taste.
 2. They don't require cooking so I can save my cooking time lol.
 3. No cholesterol. It is good, isn'it ?
 
 
 How to prepare ? It is as easy as switching on my PC. Just wash the avocado thoroughly before peeling and mash with a fork. Served with raisins on top. That's it ^_^
 
 
 My kids love to drizzle  chocolate  condensed milk  and chocolate chips on it .... oh my !
