Simple Chocolate Cake

Easy to make

This time I will share with you a chocolate cake recipe using margarine instead of butter, but later I will add the recipe using butter so you could enjoy the cake as much as us.

Ingredients
300 Grams sugar
9 Eggs
300 Grams margarine, melted and cool to room temperature.
190 Grams flour
50 Grams cocoa
1 Teaspoon emulsifier

Directions
1. Brush margarine on the cake pan, drazzling with flour. This is to avoid the chocolate cake sticking to the pan while you flip the cake over. Set aside.
2. Mix together on a plate, flour and cocoa, set aside.
3. Beat together in the mixer, sugar, eggs and emulsifier for about 15 minutes on a high speed.
4. Lower speed, add margarine until well mixed.
5. Add flour and cocoa. Mix the cake batter until no more dry ingredients visible.
6. Pour the cake batter into the cake pan and place it into pre-heated oven of 180 c degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the cake test done using a toothpick.
