Smell good mmm ..
In our language, we call this Gulai Ikan, Gulai means curry and Ikan means Fish. Fish fillet we use to cook is Tuna.
Ingredients 200 grams white fish fillet 1 garlic clove 5 shallots 1 red pepper / red chilli 1 green chilli 1 cm ginger 1 cm turmeric 2 cm turmeric leaf 1 lime leaf 50 ml coconut oil 50 ml water 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparations Fish fillet, rinsed Garlic and shallots, thinly sliced Red pepper and green chili, thickly sliced Ginger and turmeric, smashed
Directions 1. Heat a small amont of cooking oil in a wok 2. Add garlic and shallots, stir-fry until aromatic 3. Add water and coconut oil, stir untill boiled 4. Add red pepper, green chilli, ginger, turmeric, turmeric leaf, lemon leaf and salt, stir. 5. Add fish, stir occasionally untill the gravy almost dry up.
