6 Shallots
5 Red peppers / red chillies
1 Tomato
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 Teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Cook rice untill just tender
2. Transfer the rice to a tray and cool to room temperature.
3. Garlic, shallots, tomato and red peppers, blended (chillie sauce)
4. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
5. Add chillie sauce, stir fry until aromatic.
5. Add prawns, stir fry until prawns tender.
6. Add worcestershire and soya sauce, ground white pepper, sugar and salt, stir fry
7. Add rice, stir fry until rice is heated through.
Serving
1. Spoon nasi goreng onto serving plate
2. Top with a fried egg
