Ingredients
150 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
200 ml milk
30 grams butter ---> melted

1/2 teaspoon backing powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Direction
1. In a bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, white sugar and salt.
2. Pour milk, egg and melted butter, mix.
3. Pour the batter onto the litghly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
4. Let it brown on both sides

We love eating pancake with brown sugar sauce.
Brown Sugar Sauce :
1. 100 grams brown sugar and a screwpine leaf, boiled in 150 ml water
2. Add 50 ml coconut milk and add abit salt, and vanilla extract if you like, stir well.
3. Add 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour, cook untill thickened and smooth.
