Raw Mushroom Ingredients 100 grams Oyster Mushroom (Hiratake) 1 egg, lightly beaten Flavoured Flour Cooking oil for deep frying Directions 1. Mushroom, rinsed. 2. Dry mushroom on paper towels. 3. Dip mushroom in flavoured flour, egg then back to flavoured flour. 4. Immediately deep fry mushroom on medium high heat until crisp and turn into deep golden color. |
