Crispy Mushroom

Raw Mushroom 


I love mushroom especially when it is fried and crispy .... hmmm I can't hardly avoid to be in my favourite place, KITCHEN 

Ingredients
100 grams Oyster Mushroom (Hiratake)
1 egg, lightly beaten
Flavoured Flour
Cooking oil for deep frying



Directions
1. Mushroom, rinsed.
2. Dry mushroom on paper towels.
3. Dip mushroom in flavoured flour, egg then back to flavoured flour.
4. Immediately deep fry mushroom on medium high heat until crisp and turn into deep golden color.




This flavoured flour will also work for any other tempura from vegetable to shrimps and even chicken and tuna fillet.
